It is that time of year, looking back to the past year and forward to the next one. I can’t believe 2014 is really almost over already. It has been a good year in many ways and I am grateful to be finishing another year in which I was able to blog all year long.
I want to remember some of my favorite and most popular posts of this past year. Come along with me and see what those are.
I also want to highlight that I got a new blog design in December and I am very happy with it. I hope it makes the site easier to navigate and more pleasing to the eye.
Is Your Stress Causing Andrenal Fatigue? This is a very popular post, probably because so many of us can relate.
In the recipes section one of my most popular is 37 Healthy Homemade Candy Recipes, a round up of great recipes from lots of healthy food bloggers.
I also got my sourdough page together this year with lots of articles and recipes, including recipes for Gluten Free Sourdough Bread with Quinoa and Flax, Quinoa Flax Sourdough Crackers, and my favorite article of the whole year, Why I Love Sourdough so Much.
Another post related to my favorite topic of gut health was on the topic of The Importance of Prebiotics.
There are lots of other articles and reviews and a few more recipes up here, so stop and take a look around. Welcome to Purposeful Nutrition and 2015. Let me know what topics related to nutrition and health interest you. Perhaps I can write about them in this coming new year.
