It is that time of year, looking back to the past year and forward to the next one. I can’t believe 2014 is really almost over already. It has been a good year in many ways and I am grateful to be finishing another year in which I was able to blog all year long.
I want to remember some of my favorite and most popular posts of this past year. Come along with me and see what those are.
I also want to highlight that I got a new blog design in December and I am very happy with it. I hope it makes the site easier to navigate and more pleasing to the eye.

GAPS Diet Story: Tara Rosas. In my series of GAPS diet stories, Tara’s healing from Crohn’s disease is very encouraging and popular. And close behind was Who Does Not Need the GAPS Diet?
In the recipes section one of my most popular is 37 Healthy Homemade Candy Recipes, a round up of great recipes from lots of healthy food bloggers.
Another popular recipe is the one for cranberry applesauce and not far behind was my summer chicken salad.
I also got my sourdough page together this year with lots of articles and recipes, including recipes for Gluten Free Sourdough Bread with Quinoa and Flax, Quinoa Flax Sourdough Crackers, and my favorite article of the whole year, Why I Love Sourdough so Much.
