We have used all of them in my family for different members at different times.
I am a health coach who focuses on helping middle-aged women lose weight and prevent diabetes by lowering their insulin resistance. I teach intermittent fasting, the low-carb, high fat diet without calorie counting to keep it simple and sustainable for a real lifestyle change.
I am a happily married homeschooling mother of 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy. We live in a small town in Pennsylvania with 1 dog, 2 guinea pigs, and any number of rabbits. I am an RN working to build an online health business. We have made many diet changes over the past years since discovering that our oldest daughter had to be gluten free. Now 4 of the 6 members of our family are also gluten free. My husband I are also grain-free and utilizing intermittent fasting for better health in our middle age years.
I am also a committed Christian who believes that all that we do should be to the glory of God, including what we choose to eat and how we care for our bodies.
