Weight loss is a hot topic. In my 50’s I have finally figure out some key ideas related to weight loss and have lost over 40 lbs in my 55th year of life.
Weight loss is not about calories as we have been told our whole lives. It is about hormones, and especially insulin. Insulin resistance is a huge problem in American culture and is something I deal with.
