I believe many health problems can be cured or at least significantly helped by changing your diet and eating whole foods that are close to the way God created them. I have pages here for the GAPS diet, gluten free eating, and sourdough, all approaches that can be utilized at different points in a health journey. We have used all of them in my family for different members at different times.
I am a happily married homeschooling mother of 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy. We live in a small town in Pennsylvania with 1 dog, 2 guinea pigs, and any number of rabbits. I am an RN working to build an online health business. We have made many diet changes over the past year since discovering that our oldest daughter had to be gluten free. Now 3 of the 6 members of our family are also gluten free.
I am also a committed Christian who believes that all that we do should be to the glory of God, including what we choose to eat and how we care for our bodies.
