Gut Health and the GAPS Diet

GAPs Diet Page - Purposeful Nutrition
The GAPS diet is a healing diet and much of the reason I started this page. In the beginning of 2013 my oldest daughter who was then 15 went on the GAPS diet to find healing for her irritable bowel syndrome. Through following carefully this grain free, sugar free diet she has made great strides in her health. As a result I do all I can to promote it to others because it really works.

I have a series of posts here at Purposeful Nutrition and also over at The Entwife’s Journal which fit this topic.
