Crazy for Cabbage

cabbages

I love cabbage lately, especially red cabbage. I know they taste pretty much the same but I will choose red cabbage anytime over green cabbage. And with the LCHF diet my husband is on cabbage is one of those veggies he can eat plenty of and not get into trouble.

Cabbage is a wonderful addition to any diet. It has so many wonderful benefits to our health and it is very affordable. The Russians and other Eastern Europeans have had cabbage as a staple of their diets for centuries. It grows easily and is cheap food.

I want to eat more of this amazing vegetable. So I organized a list of some wonderful cabbage recipes from my fellow health bloggers. Of course there are the traditional sauerkraut and coleslaw recipes, but then there are a few surprises as well.

I love cabbage; it’s always been a family favorite! Thanks for this collection. I’m pinning it for reference. Thanks as well for adding my chow mein to your listing.
