Join the Fit and Fabulous After 40 e-course My approach is mentoring you through the low-carb, high fat diet and intermittent fasting. We will cover exercise, gut health, stress management, and sleep issues, all components of weight management and good health in separate modules. This course is open only certain times. Currently Module 1 on weight loss and management is open for enrollment through April 2nd, 2018.
This e-course is specifically designed for women who are insulin resistant. If you are overweight and have trouble losing weight this course is for you, especially if you are over 40.
This course is not for the young 20 or 30′ something women with an extra 10 or 15 lbs that you want to lose. If you are under 40 but have more than 50 lbs to lose or know that you are insulin resistance or pre-diabetic or diabetic, then this course can help you as well.
