I am hosting a 30 day intermittent fasting challenge that begins May 1st, 2017. Join me for 30 days of intermittent fasting to improve your health.
I will be fasting one 24 hour day each week (supper to supper) and at least one 18 hour day (supper to lunch) each week. You can join me in that schedule or do a smaller amount, like one or two half days.
This challenge will give you support and information, so you can conduct your fast in a healthy and effective manner. You will learn the following:
- how to fast
- how to deal with hunger cravings.
- the relationship of fat to successful fasting
- the relationship of insulin resistance to fasting
- my recommended diet for when you do eat
- the effects of fasting on your metabolism
This is not for everyone. If you are pregnant, nursing a child, 18 or younger, or underweight you should not be in this group. If you take medications and especially if you are on insulin, you need to check with your medical doctor before taking this challenge.
